Are there any hidden costs?
The price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs. You choose if you like to book with or without excess (600 € / 800 €).

What is the minimum/maximum age for hire?
The minimum age is 25 years, Under 30 and over 70 years you HAVE to choose the extra insurance. The driver must  have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years

Can more than one person drive the car?
There second driver is free (not in high season). Another driver costs 4 € per day and max. 40 € per rental. The maximum of drivers per rental is 3. Driving license has to be shown on arrival or upfront by e-mail.

Do I have breakdown cover?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you should call our 24 hour mobile number. The road assistance is included in your insurance, but in case of a flat tire you are supposed to change the tire or fill it up on your own until we can give assistance and change/repair the tire in the tire shop.

Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?
No - The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain.

Do you have a 24 hour emergency number?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We usually meet you personally at the airport. Alternatively we will park your car in the public parking, level 5, modulo B and there between 102 and 130. You will find the key and ticket in the glove compartment. Please don't forget to pay the ticket before you leave the level (left hand side where the elevators are) and provide the receipt to get the parking ticket refunded. In case we have to park the car because you plane arrives with a delay we are not responsible to refund the parking ticket.

Can I waiver the excess?
Yes, at a cost of 1 € per day (groups A and B) or 1 € per day (group D).

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking without any charge until 1 day before your arrival. The cancellation has to be done written by e-mail ([email protected]) providing an international account number for the refund of an already paid rental fee.

If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?
No,

How Can I Pay?
By Visa or MasterCard., American Express, PayPal or cash on arrival.

What do you need from me when I arrive?
You will be asked for your driving licence, passport, home address and Spanish address. By providing this information in advance will save you time on arrival.

How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport?
Within 10 minutes we aim to have you on your way.

Can I Hire an Automatic car?
No.

What do I need to carry with me when I drive?
A copy of the hire contract, your driving licence and passport.

Is there a maximum age limit ?
No.

Can I choose the model of the vehicle ?
We can only guarantee the group of car but not the exact make and model, but we always try.

Can I hire a vehicle long term ?
Yes, for the group A and B cars we provide a long term special price.
Group A: 1 month 324 € (-10%), more then one month 270 € (-25%) and you don't have to change the car while your rental.
Group B: 1 month 369 € (-10%), more then one month 300 € (-25%) and you don't have to change the car while your rental.

Can I choose the fuel type of the vehicle ?
No, unfortunately we can not confirm the fuel type however if you request petrol or diesel we will do our best to meet your needs. The group D vehicles are all diesel cars.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
The booking has to be made through the booking system and will be confirmed within 24h.

Can I book a car for today?
Yes, but only through the 24 hour mobile number (0034) 633 343 700 and if there is a car available.

Can I extend my booking once I have picked the vehicle up?
Depending on availability, please notify as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I hire a GPS Satellite Navigation System?
Yes, you can reserve our GPS navigation system for only 4 € per day. A deposit of 100€ will be withheld from your credit card until the return of the device in the same condition as when you collected it.
